Service Description

I will work with you to enable deep, sustainable change in how you view the world and your contribution. You will gain a better understanding of yourself and your role, and perhaps what you hold as true will expand, or even change. After coaching, you will be better equipped to observe yourself and self correct your thoughts or behaviours. You will have let go of firmly held ideas or practices which have not served you or others, with a greater presence and grounding. I don't offer a quick fix. Such transformational change requires practices and a new narrative, which take time to embed. However, with my support and gentle hand, such change is possible and attainable.
